Overview: 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. Please review the following policy to understand our returns and exchanges guidelines. 

Before Ordering: 

Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure that you have selected the correct part number and relevant details. If you have any questions about the part number or its compatibility, please contact us before placing your order. We want to make sure that you receive the right item the first time around. 

Note that some part numbers may be very similar with only a single character difference. Verify that the complete part number is correct before placing your order. 

Eligibility: 

If for any reason you need to return an item, we accept most returns within 15 days of the delivery date – as long as the item is in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Select items may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee is determined by the part and its condition when returned. 

Align reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with our return policy, including items that have been damaged, used, or are missing original packaging. Align also reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for items that were purchased using a coupon code that was not intended for that item. 

Initiating a Return: 

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact us at dcoit@alignprod.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. 
  1. We will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item, including any necessary forms and shipping label if applicable. 
  1. Once we receive the returned item, we will review it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund or exchange once complete. 

Shipping: 

You are responsible for the shipment of the item, unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will cover the cost of shipping and provide you with a prepaid shipping label or work with you to arrange freight. 
 

Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. Additionally, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is not lost in transit. 

Refunds/Exchanges: 

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees. Alternatively, if you prefer to exchange the item for a different product, we will process the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability. 

Please note that it may take several days for the refund or exchange to be processed, and that we cannot guarantee the exact amount of time it will take for the refund to appear in your account.
